Bio:Birgitte started her studies of yoga in 1988. She started teaching in 1991 and has been teaching at YogaWorks since 1993. She has been teaching Teacher Trainings at YogaWorks since 2005, and is part of the Professional Program, where she mentors future teachers.She instructs with clarity and humor, while emphasizing that the ‘real’ yoga is all about diving deeply within and reconnecting with a profound knowing, the seer of all, our Spirit. Bio:Mia Togo has been studying yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2004.  Formerly a professional dancer, her love of movement and breath led her to the practice of vinyasa flow yoga.  Balancing movement with alignment is a strong focus in her teaching as well as connecting to the philosophy and spirituality that is at the heart of the yoga practice.  Mia received
a degree in psychology from UCLA.
